The chefs explain every step clearly, the ingredients are super fresh, and I finally understand how to balance real Thai flavors at home.
I made Green Curry, Tom Yum, and Pad Thai — all tasted better than in many restaurants on the island.
The atmosphere was warm, fun, and very organized.
If you're looking for an authentic Thai cooking experience in Koh Phangan, this class is a must. Absolutely worth the price
